  • Game and mod name information.
  • Download/published source where you obtained the mod.
  • Target platforms (e.g. PC, consoles) where the issue occurred.
  • Issue descriptions and detailed reproduction steps.
  • Screenshots and visual evidence you upload (up to 3 images per report).

Automatically Collected

  • Device, operating system, and browser information.
  • IP address and system access logs.
  • Your interaction data within the platform, including security reCAPTCHA scores.
  • An anonymous user identifier (UID) generated via Firebase Authentication to link your submissions.

2. Use of Information

  • Analyzing, reproducing, and resolving reported bugs.
  • Reviewing community suggestions to improve our modifications.
  • Communicating and providing updates about submitted feedback.
  • Monitoring and protecting platform security to prevent spam and abuse.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our form submissions against spam and automated abuse. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Data Retention

We retain submitted bug reports, suggestions, and associated attachments (screenshots) as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a deletion request is made or the report is marked as obsolete/deleted by our team.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security protocols to ensure the safety of your data and prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be highlighted via the "Last Updated" date above.
