Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the ONR Modding Feedback System ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Use of the Platform
The Platform is provided to allow users to submit bug reports, feature requests, suggestions, and general feedback regarding ONR Modding projects and modifications.
Prohibited Actions
- No Spam or Duplicate Reports
- No Abusive, Offensive, or Harassing Content
- No Unauthorized Access Attempts
- No Malware, Viruses, or Malicious Files
- No Impersonation of Other Individuals or Organizations
- No Disruption of Platform Operations
Users may upload screenshots and images as part of bug reports and feedback submissions. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that uploaded content can be legally shared and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to restrict or terminate access where appropriate.
3. User Submissions & Feedback
You retain ownership of any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, screenshots, images, or other content submitted through the Platform.
By submitting such content, you grant ONR Modding a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and otherwise utilize the submitted content for the purpose of improving, developing, supporting, and promoting our projects.
4. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, and other content made available through the Platform remain the property of ONR Modding or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and processed as described in that policy.
6. Service Availability
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
ONR Modding reserves the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ONR Modding makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, security, or accuracy of the Platform.
We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ONR Modding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, with or without notice, if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm the Platform, its users, or ONR Modding.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye.
